Are the tires that you sell new?
Yes. Only high-quality, unused tires are offered on our secure site. Each tire is stored in a climate-controlled facility and has never been mounted on a vehicle.
What are the DOT codes on your tires?
All USTIREWORKS suppliers only ship tires with DOT codes that do not exceed 4 years. If you receive a tire with a DOT code of more than 4-years from the date of manufacture, you may return it and we will pay the return shipping costs. Any tire that has been mounted is NOT eligible for a return.
Can I request DOT codes?
Data and technology are used to source tire inventory from more than 3,000 independent suppliers across the country. Therefore, we do not stockpile any tires in a warehouse and are unable to check for specific tire DOT codes. All USTIREWORKS suppliers only offer tires that have DOT codes that do not exceed 4 years.
Do I have the same rights as if I bought the tires in a regular shop?
You maintain the same rights online as you would if you were to purchase items in-person.
Can you help me find the right tire size for my vehicle?
Legally we are unable to provide "technical" support and can only recommend the exact tire size specific to your vehicle based on manufacturer recommendations. Many customers find it's most helpful to look at the tire size that is currently on their vehicle, or the manufacturer recommendations located in the door of the vehicle.
We are NOT responsible for fitment errors. The most important aspect of purchasing a tire is its size, which cannot vary. It is buyer's responsibility to verify the tire size information. It is buyer's responsibility to verify whether a specific tire is suitable for a specific vehicle. However, this tire size may be fitted on other vehicles as well. To ensure that you are purchasing the correct tire size for your vehicle, please check the size of your currently mounted tires (locate on the tire's sidewall). The tire's sidewall also features the speed and load rating, indicating the speed and load capacity of the specific tire. The speed and load index can differ from the tires you currently have mounted on your vehicle up to a degree. Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual or consult with your mechanic regarding the changes of your tire's speed rating and load index. If you have any questions regarding your tire size , speed rating and load index please contact us prior to purchasing and confirm with certified auto technician of any variance in speed and load index and sizes.
Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The only tires USTIREWORKS can warranty are brand new defects (meaning that they have not been mounted or driven on). Any bead damaged will be void of any warranty claim. Any other adjustments should be taken to the nearest authorized dealer for that manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.
What are my payment options?
You can choose to pay for your tires by credit card, PayPal, or by financing through Affirm during checkout on USTIREWORKS..com. If you choose to schedule an installation appointment while placing an order, the cost for your tire installation and any applicable disposal fees will be paid at the time of the installation directly to the installation center unless stated otherwise.
Tax exemption order
Many organizations qualify to make sales tax-exempt purchases. The exact information needed to verify an exempt transaction. You must provide valid tax-exempt document(s) for each state where exempt goods are shipped. Below is the process in order to be qualify for tax-exemption orders.
1. Please create an user account with UStireworks;
2. An exemption certificate will be collected in order for tax exemption order. Please fax or email us a copy of the certificate documents. Once your application has been submitted, your documents will be reviewed and a determination made whether your application for exemption is approved. If approved, an exemption code will be assigned to the customer's account and the customer will be eligible for tax-exemption orders.
3. Please note it may take up to 2 business days for your status to be approved or denied. You will receive an email notice by the email address on file.
